We are pleased to highlight a successful nomination from Cargo Line to CSC Transport Limited following the completion of a complex breakbulk shipment from Taicang, China to Douala, Cameroon.

The movement involved two oil-type transformers (50 MVA, 110/33 kV) with each unit weighing approximately 52 metric tons, bringing the combined cargo weight to more than 104 MT. Handling cargo of this scale required careful coordination across origin handling, vessel planning, and project timelines.

For this shipment, CSC Transport Limited supported the project at origin under EXW scope in Taicang, managing the preparation and handling of the heavy transformer units prior to export. From there, Cargo Line oversaw the ocean freight and destination arrangements through to Douala.

The shipment required specialized heavy-lift handling, breakbulk planning, and precise alignment between all parties involved to ensure safe positioning, secure loading, and smooth transport readiness.
