The Ports of Rotterdam and Amsterdam has agreed to renew their port partnership agreement for the next five consecutive years.
Both port authorities have agreed that the earlier partnership has yield positive impacts for both parties and would like to further explore the possibility of providing more value to customer service and an even broader range of service facilities.
The two largest ports in the Netherlands are in talks of developing various areas such as the port infrastructure, improving the overall international competitiveness of the Netherlands.
The two giant ports have already signed a letter of intent to ratify all their plans, bent on adding more value to customer’s money and providing customer convenience and satisfaction.
The ports are also examining opportunities, improvements and cooperation in some other sectors such as innovation, human resources and legal affairs.
Amsterdam and Rotterdam ports believe that there are a lot more opportunities to be explored specially in strategy and operation aspects to advance competency and customer experience in the future.
